Application Form
  • 索取申請表格方法 Collection of Application Forms:
    • 1.親臨本園索取 Obtain from school in person
    2.於本園網頁下載 Download from school website
    3.以郵遞或電郵方式索取 Request by post or by email

  • 遞交申請表格Return of Applicatuion Forms
    1.9月1日起全年接受申請
    Starting from 1 September, applications are available all year round
    2.申請表填妥後可連同所需文件親臨、郵寄或電郵繳交
    You may submit the filled application form together with the documents required by hand, by post or by email
    3.不設報名費
    No application fee

  • 面見安排 Interview Arrangements:
    • 1.本園會安排個別/小組形式面見所有申請者，家長須帶同兒童參與面見
    The KG will arrage individual or group interview for all applicants, parents should bring their child for the interview.
    2.面見於2022年12月1日至3日進行，本園會以電話通知家長
    Interview will be conducted from 1 to 3 Jan 2022, notification will be sent to parents by phone.

  • 收生準則 Admission Criteria:
    • 1.面見表現 Interviwe performance
    2.有兄弟姊妹正在本園就讀可獲優先考慮
    The applicant with sibling(s) currently studying in the KG will be given due priority consideration
    3.如申請全日班，申請人請於交表時提出原因，可獲優先考慮
    For applying whole day classes, the applicant from families in need (please write in the application form) will be given due priority consideration.
    4.如申請人數超額，會抽籤處理。If applications above the quota, drawing will be conducted.

  • 取錄結果公布 Announcement of Admission Results:
    • 本園將於2022年12月上旬以前以電話或郵遞方式通知幼兒班家長取錄結果
    We will inform parents of K1 admission results in mid Dec 2022 by phone or by post.

  • 註冊安排 Registration Arrangements:
    • 1.正選:家長須於2023年1月5日至7日到本園辦理註冊手續，並須提交照片、「註冊證」/「入學許可書」及繳交註冊費
    Succesful applicants: Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 5 to 7 Jan 2023 by submitting photos, the Registration Certificate (RC)/Admission Pass (AP) to the KG and paying the registration fee.
    2.備取:本園會以電話或書信通知家長於指定日期到本園辦理註冊手續，並須提交照片、「註冊證」/「入學許可書」及繳交註冊費
    Applicants on the waiting list: We will inform by phone or by post and parents should complete the registration procedures for their child according to the specified date set by the KG. Parents are required to submit photos and the RC/AP to the KG and pay the registration fee.
    3.2023/24學年K1的註冊費為港幣945元正。如有關兒童入讀本校，註冊費將作為校本資源費。註冊後如欲轉校，請以書面通知本園，本園會退回「註冊證」/「入學許可書」，註冊費則不會退還。取回「註冊證」/「入學許可書」後，本園將不再保留學位。
    The registration fee for 2023/24 K1 place is HK$945. If the child concerned studies in the KG, the registration fee will be the study resources fee. Should parents decide to change school after registration, please notify the KG in writing. The KG will return the RC/AP but theregistration fee will not be refunded. Upon obtaining the RC/AP, the KG will no longer keep the school place for the child.

    非華語兒童入學申請安排
    Arrangement for admission application of non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children    		 我們提供英文版的申請表及簡章，並可以英文面試。在面見非華語兒童時，本校會按需要為申請人安排傳譯及/或翻譯服務；本校亦接納家長和兒童由懂中文的親友陪同會面，協助溝通。非華語兒童的家長可致電2983 0643 或電郵至info@waipeng.edu.hk查詢。
    We offer English version of application form, admission guidelines and interview in English. When interviewing NCS children, interpretation and/or translation service for applicants could be arranged where necessary. Applicants are allowed to be accompanied by a Chinese speaking relative/friend during interview to facilitate communication. NCS Parents may call 2983 0643 or email: info@waipeng.edu.hk for enquiry.
